Join Austin FC’s blood drive at Q2 Stadium on November and receive a free “Bleed VERDE” t-shirt.
We Are Blood is thrilled to partner with Austin FC to host a community blood drive Thursday, November 9 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. in the Captain Morgan Club.
In recent months, we have seen record patient needs for blood transfusions at Central Texas hospitals. This joint effort is focused on providing Central Texas patients with lifesaving transfusions.
“We are grateful for Austin FC’s continued partnership and their annual blood drive to protect local patients,” said Nick Canedo, vice president of community engagement at We Are Blood. “Every donation made at Q2 Stadium will make a lifesaving difference for our neighbors in need.”
Just one donation of blood can save up to three lives! The community is encouraged to lend a helping arm by scheduling an appointment. Walk-ins will also be accepted.
