The City of Bastrop, FOX 7, Bastrop County first responders, local nonprofits, and We Are Blood team up! Together, we will host a lifesaving regional blood drive to benefit local patients and their families in over the holidays!
Donations can dip due to travel, celebrations, and school closures around holidays causing challenges for the local blood supply. Bastrop partners with FOX 7 and We Are Blood to host a large community drive to protect our community blood supply this season.
This year’s event highlights the amazing impact Bastrop blood donors have on our Central Texas community. Throughout the year, many Bastrop blood drives are successful in supporting patients. This particular drive is geared at helping We Are Blood meet the critical need for blood transfusions around the holidays.
